Ya\u015f ilerledik\u00e7e egzersizin \u00f6neminin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan \u015eendur, \u201cHareketsiz ya\u015fam, sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z ya\u015famd\u0131r. Hareket etmek i\u00e7in bir spor salonuna yaz\u0131lmay\u0131 ya da evinize bir spor aleti almay\u0131 beklemeyin\u201d dedi.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Konak Belediyesi\u2019nin ya\u015f alm\u0131\u015f bireylerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve aktif bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrmesini desteklemek amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir etkinlik daha ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Sosyal Hizmetler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc b\u00fcnyesinde hizmet veren \u0130leri Ya\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Ya\u015fam Merkezi\u2019nde d\u00fczenlenen seminerde Medicana International \u0130zmir Hastanesi Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Faruk \u015eendur ile bir araya gelen \u00fcyeler, \u00e7e\u015fitli rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131na bir uzmandan cevap alabilme imkan\u0131 yakalad\u0131. \u00dcyelerin kendi rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda \u015fikayetlerini dinleyen Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Faruk \u015eendur, hareket etmenin \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti. \u00d6te yandan Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Faruk \u015eendur, yanl\u0131\u015f uygulamalar ya da benzer \u015fikayetler nedeniyle birbiriyle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan hastal\u0131klar hakk\u0131nda da bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cD\u00fczenli egzersiz yaparak sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirsiniz\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130leri Ya\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Ya\u015fam Merkezi \u00fcyelerine sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam i\u00e7in hareket etmek gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer Faruk \u015eendur, \u201cSedanter (hareketsiz) ya\u015fam tarz\u0131, zamanla \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olabilir. Tan\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleri ve t\u0131p s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fse de baz\u0131 hastal\u0131klar azalmak yerine art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermektedir. Bel a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 da bu durumun en yayg\u0131n \u00f6rneklerinden biridir. Bunun en \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde giderek daha fazla oturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z ve evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczeninin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Hareketsiz ya\u015fam, sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z bir ya\u015fam anlam\u0131na gelir. Pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011fa zemin haz\u0131rlayan hareketsizlik, do\u011fru \u015fekilde yap\u0131lan egzersizlerle \u00f6nlenebilir. \u00d6zellikle kas-iskelet sistemi sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fama kolayca adapte edilebilen egzersizlerin d\u00fczenli olarak yap\u0131lmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu egzersizler aras\u0131nda hafif tempolu ko\u015fu olduk\u00e7a etkilidir. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, periferik kaslar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in yar\u0131m litrelik pet \u015fi\u015felerle a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131labilir. Sandalyeden destek alarak \u015f\u0131nav \u00e7ekmek ya da squat gibi temel egzersizleri uygulamak da m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u201d s\u00f6zlerini kaydetti.
