Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (OGM) ile Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler G\u0131da ve Tar\u0131m \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (FAO) i\u015f birli\u011finde d\u00fczenlenen etkinlik, kamu, akademi ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r temsilcilerini bir araya getirdi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ormanlar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca \u00e7evresel de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda ekonomik kalk\u0131nman\u0131n da temel unsurlar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funa vurgu yap\u0131lan etkinlikte, k\u00fcresel ormanc\u0131l\u0131k e\u011filimleri ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu alandaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsaml\u0131 \u015fekilde ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Etkinlik, FAO\u2019nun Uluslararas\u0131 Orman G\u00fcn\u00fc video g\u00f6sterimiyle ba\u015flarken, FAO Roma\u2019dan iletilen video mesaj ile k\u00fcresel perspektif kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmalar\u0131nda, ormanlar\u0131n do\u011fal sermaye olarak ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fer, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma hedefleriyle ili\u015fkisi ve bioekonomi i\u00e7indeki rol\u00fc vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Programda bir konu\u015fma yapan\u00a0<strong>Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Bekir Karacabey<\/strong>, \u201cOrmanlar\u0131m\u0131z, T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisi i\u00e7in stratejik bir de\u011ferdir. Yerli \u00fcretimi g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren, d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltan ve milyonlarca vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131za gelir sa\u011flayan bir yap\u0131dan s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Dikti\u011fimiz her fidan ise yaln\u0131zca do\u011faya de\u011fil, \u00fclkemizin gelece\u011fine yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir yat\u0131r\u0131md\u0131r. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda 129 bin hektar\u0131 a\u015fan alanda ormanla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. 517 milyon fidan\u0131 toprakla bulu\u015fturduk. 2003\u2019ten bu yana ise toplam 8 milyar fidan\u0131 \u00fclkemize kazand\u0131rd\u0131k. Hedefimiz, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 10 milyar tohum ve fidan\u0131 toprakla bulu\u015fturarak Ye\u015fil Vatan\u2019\u0131 daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek.\u201d dedi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Program kapsam\u0131nda\u00a0<strong>FAO Orta Asya Alt B\u00f6lge Ofisi Ormanc\u0131l\u0131k Sorumlusu Ekrem Yaz\u0131c\u0131<\/strong>\u00a0taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ana konu\u015fmada, FAO\u2019nun K\u00fcresel Orman Kaynaklar\u0131 De\u011ferlendirmesi (FRA) 2025 raporunun \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan bulgular\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Sunumda, k\u00fcresel orman varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fim e\u011filimleri ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir orman y\u00f6netiminin ekonomik ve \u00e7evresel boyutlar\u0131 detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde ele al\u0131nd\u0131.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Abdulkadir Polat<\/strong>\u00a0ve\u00a0<strong>FAO T\u00fcrkiye Temsilci Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Sel\u0131\u015f\u0131k<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n da kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen etkinli\u011fin devam\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen \u201cOrmanlar ve Ekonomi: K\u00fcresel Veriden Politika ve Uygulamaya Ge\u00e7i\u015f\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 panel oturumunda ise farkl\u0131 disiplinlerden uzman isimler bir araya geldi. Panelde, ormanlar\u0131n ekonomik kalk\u0131nma, bioekonomi ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir do\u011fal kaynak y\u00f6netimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kritik rol tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, orman ekosistem hizmetlerinin ekonomik politikalara entegrasyonu, odun d\u0131\u015f\u0131 orman \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin k\u0131rsal kalk\u0131nmadaki \u00f6nemi ve ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde orman temelli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin sundu\u011fu f\u0131rsatlar \u00fczerine g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini payla\u015ft\u0131.
