BETAM taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan kira endeksinde, &#8220;yeni kiraya verilmek \u00fczere ilan edilen&#8221; konutlar\u0131n &#8220;talep edilen kira fiyatlar\u0131ndaki&#8221; art\u0131\u015f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131n\u0131yor. Ancak, ilan edilen fiyatlardan bir kiralaman\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fip ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiyse hangi fiyattan ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi bilgisi bilinemiyor.
