Emel Alphan, iki \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn gibi \u00f6zel bir beslenmenin uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemden normal yemek d\u00fczenine ge\u00e7erken dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalara de\u011findi. Bayramlarda \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli ve yo\u011fun enerji i\u00e7eren beslenme d\u00fczeninin etkili oldu\u011funu Prof. Dr. M. Emel Alphan, bu d\u00f6nemden normal yemek d\u00fczenine ge\u00e7i\u015fte, sindirim sisteminin de uyumunu sa\u011flaman\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Prof. Dr. M. Emel Alphan, \u201cOysa bir ayl\u0131k oru\u00e7 d\u00f6neminden sonraki bayram g\u00fcnlerinde bireyler, genellikle psikolojik olarak a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yemek yeme e\u011filimindedirler. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, geleneklerimize ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, bayram yemeklerinin, g\u00fcnl\u00fck beslenme d\u00fczeninin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, \u00e7e\u015fit olarak fazla ve i\u00e7eri\u011finin a\u011f\u0131r olmas\u0131, bayram ziyaretlerindeki hamur tatl\u0131s\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ikramlar ve bu ikramlar\u0131n geleneklerimiz nedeniyle \u0131srarla yedirilmesi, sindirim sistemindeki adaptasyonu g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015ftirir. Bu adaptasyonu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in bayramda hafif yiyecekler yenilmesi gerekir.
